Hot tub cleanliness needs serious attention!!! Pool area humidity levels are uncomfortable!!! Room maintenance issues like broken fixtures could really use a fix-up!!! Don't forget clearer signage for navigating amenities!!!

We thoroughly enjoyed the spacious King Suite, especially the well-stocked breakfast buffet. However, the pool area could use better maintenance, as it felt damp and run-down.

The hotel itself was clean and quiet.

I was disappointed that the refrigerator in our room never stopped running, which made our drinks freeze and caused a mess when one of the carbonated drinks exploded. Despite multiple apologies from the front desk, the manager claimed there was nothing wrong and did not offer any refund or adjustment. This dismissive attitude left us feeling undervalued as guests.

Woke up to the aroma of fresh breakfast, eagerly anticipating the unique waffle bar. The spacious suite allowed us to unwind after a long day, making memories together.

Unfortunately, the bathroom could have used a little more attention, and the couch's placement made watching TV a bit awkward. A little adjustment there would have gone a long way.

the breakfast was almost decent, if you consider the fact that I found hair in my waffle, just lovely! I really thought a little customer consideration would get me an upgraded room. the couch? absolute garbage. if it's too much to ask for a clean cozy suite, I just can’t even. I wouldn’t ever recommend this place to anyone in my social circle.

Had an amazing time with friends! The rooms are spacious, perfect for hanging out, and there’s a mini fridge and microwave, so we had snacks on hand. We visited the Dancing Horse Theatre and the Animal Gardens while enjoying the area's wineries. Despite minor breakfast issues, the stay was solid and I recommend it for group trips!

The only downside was that the breakfast food was a bit cold when we went down at 8:30, which was disappointing. It's great to have variety, but temperature matters too.

The jetted bathtub in our room was a nice

The exhaust fan in the bathroom didn’t work, which was slightly inconvenient.

The Superior King Suite was really spacious and perfect for our family. The bed and pillows were super comfortable, so we slept well each night. Plus, the air conditioning was customizable, which was a nice touch to keep the room just how we liked it. The setting really felt cozy, and it was great to have extra space to spread out. Just a relax spot after a long day!
